Fees & Policies
At Music City Psych, we are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not participate with insurance plans. We are happy to provide you with all of the documentation you need to submit to your insurance company so that you can be reimbursed under “out-of-network” benefits.

It is often helpful to call your insurance company and ask them what your out-of-network coverage is. The codes we tend to bill include 90791 for the initial evaluation, 90834 for individual psychotherapy, and 90847 for couples counseling.

We will discuss our fees with you during a brief evaluation over the phone. When you come in for an office visit, payment is expected at the time of the visit. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit cards. You will be given a receipt at the end of each month with all of the information that is necessary for submission to your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that you have a life with its own commitments and that everyone has unexpected changes to their schedule. With more than 24 hours notice, we are happy to try to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability.

However, if you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed in full for the session. “No show” or late cancellation charges cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
