Introducing Rachel Fleischer, LPC-MHSP
My name is Rachel Fleischer and I am a licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee. I will be writing blog posts about a variety of topics that I find are important in the counseling world.
When working with couples in therapy, I work to facilitate better communication and a deeper connection between partners. “Mirroring” is one technique I teach to couples in this process, in order to reduce reactivity and increase empathy.
